How do you say "welcome" and "thank you" in Hindi?

...with phonetic pronunciation would be appreciated. I work in the tourism industry and we have a lot of guests from India. I'd like to make them feel welcome by saying these words at the beginning and end of the tour. Thanks in advance for your help.
